ED is not part of the normal aging process. Men should be made aware that it's a disease and we have treatment options for it. You can be 80 and not have ED. It's good that elderly men are now open and conscious and willing to seek help.

Information Security simply means getting your house in order and making sure the doors are locked, barred and sealed tight. Security consciousness means preparing for the worst but hoping for the best. At least 500 IT Professionals, Risk Managers, Auditors, COOs, CEOs, Security Admins/Officers, NSO/ISO Network/Systems Administrators, Programmers, Compliance Officers and soon to be Ethical Hackers will gather at the Grand Ballroom Hotel Intercontinental, Makati City (scheduled on September 9 - 11, 2004) to see, share and secure the IT community’s vision of an I.T. Secured Philippines.

The United States was right to go into Iraq. America is safer today because we did. We removed a declared enemy of America, who had the capability of producing weapons of mass destruction, and could have passed that capability to terrorists bent on acquiring them.
US President George W. Bush*
to a cheering crowd of supporters in Pennsylvania
The committee found no evidence that the intelligence community's mischaracterization or exaggeration of the intelligence on Iraq's weapons of mass destruction capabilities was the result of political pressure.
Senate Intelligence Committee chairman Pat Roberts*
The Senate would not have authorized that war with 75 votes if we knew what we know now.

Filipino hostage released???
FILIPINO hostage Angelo dela Cruz was released by his captors in Iraq! Dela Cruz was on his way to an undisclosed hotel in Baghdad.
Labor Secretary Patricia Sto. Tomas*
Philippines
The president has lied. Government has deceived the family of de la Cruz and the Filipino people. Everyone was already celebrating after the reported release, but then you get this report that he is still in Iraqi hands. She has to pull out the troops now. Within 24 hours.
Connie Regalado*
head of a militant organization representing Filipino overseas worker
The hostage will remain captive and treated as a prisoner under Islam until the last Filipino soldier leaves Iraq by latest July 20... or he will be executed. We give the Philippine government an additional 24 hours starting from 11:00 pm Iraqi time (8 p.m. British time) on Saturday to show it is serious about withdrawing its troops.

No troop pullout till Aug. 20 sked
The government would not bow to the Iraqi militants demanding an early pullout in exchange for the life of De la Cruz. Our humanitarian contingent is scheduled to return on Aug. 20. Our future actions shall be guided by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) decision as embodied in Resolution 1546 which defines the role of the UN and its members states in the future of Iraq.

My solution is simple. Kabayan wants the DSWD? Then by all means make him DSWD secretary! But he should swap posts with Dinky. Dinky should then be named vice president!
by Friends* of outgoing Social Welfare Secretary,
Dinky Soliman
I don't want this to be just about the Vice President and me. We (in the Cabinet) really do serve at the pleasure of the President, and no one can take away her prerogative to appoint anyone she wants to the Cabinet.
